Hawthorn Galleries is pleased to present Seasons Change, new work by local artist Dale Augustson. In his fifth annual solo exhibition at Hawthorn, Augustson continues to push the boundaries of mixed media. Emphasizing the connection between the individual and the environment, Augustson explores the effect of nature on the self.

"As the autumn ends, so does the season,
New life begins with a cooler time and reason.
Sighs come upon us when we see new colors begin,
Another time, new friends, stir in our hearts within.
Though the seasons will be new, we welcome them for the view,
And many days will pass as Mother Nature brings each season anew."
