In the months of June and July, Hawthorn Galleries is pleased to present new works by local artist Tim Breaux. While Tim Breaux is primarily a studio painter who focuses on Midwest regionalism, he is also beginning to devote a large portion of his time to painting en plein air in Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Colorado, and Arizona. It is these forays to the deserts and mountains each year that have inspired this second annual solo exhibition.
